First celebrated in 1984, this week is a lovely way to say “thank you” to teachers, tutors, and mentors who’ve positively influenced and expanded a child’s learning. But here at Outschool, we’re not just honoring academic educators. ALL educators on the Outschool platform share their passions, interests, and unique perspectives with the Outschool community, and we couldn’t be more thankful.

To all our Outschool educators, we extend a thank you for your hard work, resilience, and compassion. Your dedication to creating engaging and inclusive learning environments has transformed the lives of countless learners, sparking curiosity, igniting passion, and instilling a love for learning that will last a lifetime. Outschool educators have continued to adapt, innovate, and thrive with rapid pace and growth over the years.
To show how much we appreciate you and all you continue to do, this week (May 6 – May 10, 2024), we will be doing a sweepstake in the Outschool Teacher Facebook Hub! We will announce the winners on Friday, May 10th, at noon EDT. Check out the prizes below:
- 10 winners will win a Digital passion planner.
- 3 winners will win a full HD 1080p webcam, an enhanced digital audio headset, a slim Bluetooth keyboard/mouse combo, and anti-slip, all from Logitech.

- The sweepstake is open from today, May 6th, 12:30 pm EDT – Thursday, May 9th, 11:59 pm EDT. The winners will be announced this Friday, May 10th, at noon EDT in the Teacher Facebook HUB!

We also will be hosting a “nominate a teacher for a gift” session in our Outschool parent community. Educators nominated and selected will receive a digital gift card.
