2021 profile updates boosting bookings
Learn all about the new and updated features on your educator profile designed to help increase clicks and enrollments.

We know that many families place more importance on the educator/learner relationship than class content when deciding which courses to enroll in. With this in mind, we’ve been hard at work this year improving the functionality and design of educator profiles. Even better – these updates have been driving real results from the parent community.

Since launching these features in 2021, we’ve seen:

  • A 10% increase in conversion rates across the platform from parents who view an educator profile. This means that 10% more parents are enrolling in a class after visiting an educator profile than before the updates.
  • A >30% increase in clickthrough rates on the redesigned class list. This means that over 30% more parents are clicking on a class after visiting the redesigned class list.

Check out each new feature below!

Redesigned profile header & video

New desktop and mobile versions of educator profile header and video sections help families get an immediate sense of who you are, what you teach, and why their learner might love taking a class with you.

Enhanced class lists

The improved class listing section of your profile puts your active and “by request” courses front and center for interested families.

New calendar view

The calendar view on your educator profile was designed to make it easier for parents to find classes that work with their schedule and see your complete class offerings. Updated privacy features also allow you to hide your calendar from logged-out users.

Take a look at your educator profile with these redesigned elements in mind. Are there any changes you could make to your “About me” section or video that would help interested families become happy customers of your teaching business?
