💬 Will educators be assigned to a specific mentor?
No.
Mentors are not assigned to individual educators or working in a 1:1 advisory role.

- Webinars and programming
All mentors will be active across the educator community channels and will help guide discussions and answer questions as they arise.

Mentor positions are limited and are selected by the Outschool team based on platform impact, professionalism, and community contributions.
Future mentor cohorts may be expanded as the program evolves.
💬 Are mentors employees of Outschool?
No.
Mentors are independent contractors participating in a defined program with clear scope and boundaries.
💬 Can I contact mentors directly for advice about my classes?
Mentors support the community through group discussions and programming. They are not able to provide individualized business advising or account-specific guidance.
💬 How long does the mentor role last?
Mentor terms operate on a quarterly basis and may be renewed by mutual agreement.
